Tour Details
Day 1: Nairobi, Kenya

Touch down in Africa at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The adventure begins! Our representative will be there to meet you and transfer you to the Fairview Hotel, with its lovely gardens where you spend the night on a Bed & Breakfast basis.

3 Nights: Laikipia

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Wilson Airport for your flight to Laikipia. Check in to a luxurious camp inside the Ol Pejeta conservancy. With only six tents, the camp is small offering comfort and quality, one of a handful of properties located in the 360km2 Ol Pejeta Conservancy. It’s the most luxurious option in the conservancy, with a wide range of activities, and a lovely location, with views across a small dam.

The camp’s squeaky green safari chic marries beautifully and sensitively with the natural highs of her surrounding incredible wilderness; creature comforts abound with superb safari cuisine. Outstanding game viewing is provided day and night with the consummate team of silver level guides. Game viewing is also possible from the comfort of your veranda, overlooking the dam, a magnet for wildlife during the dry season.
The camp is located in the Ol Pejeta conservancy which has a chimp sanctuary which can be visited free of charge. Some visitors will really enjoy this experience, though it is not for everyone. The sanctuary is home to chimps that have been rescued from distressing situations and cannot be rehabilitated, so they are kept here to live out there days in safety and comfort. Viewing them is from behind wires and so resembles a zoo rather than any real wildlife experience, though it is quite educational and interesting.

3 Nights :Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya

This morning after your breakfast and early morning game drive, will be taken to the airstrip for your flight to the famed Maasai Mara National Reserve. You will be met at the airstrip by your safari guide who will drive you to the camp where you will settle in at an exclusive tented eco camp set up in a forest along the banks of the Mara River within the Maasai Mara Reserve offering guests an authentic close to nature experience.
The feel is tastefully old fashioned with just 7 large en suite tents furnished with specially designed campaign furniture. It creates the ambience of the traditional East African safari while at the same time providing a high level of customer service and a significant measure of luxury. The abundance of wildlife and an excellent standard of guiding will have you enthralled. Your days will be filled with various activities such as early morning and late afternoon game drives, nature walks, champagne bush breakfasts, sundowners, evening drinks by the campfire, starlit dinners and so much more! On the last day, after your early morning game drive and breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi and afterwards a connection flight to Lamu Island on the South Coast.
.

3 Nights: Lamu island

Lamu Island lies on the East African Coast and boasts one of the oldest and best preserved Swahili settlements. Houses are built of coral s t o n e a n d
m a n g rove t i m b e r w i t h characteristic features of courtyards, verandahs, and the famous carved Lamu doors. The island has no roads, just alleyways and footpaths with residents moving about on foot or by boat.
You will be staying Peponi Hotel in Shela; the centre of tourism on the island and about 2 miles from Lamu Town. It has a magic of its own with a number of Swahili style luxury boutique hotels and guesthouses close to the coastline. The main beach stretches for an uninterrupted 15km along the Indian Ocean

Peponi, swahili name for peaceful and tranquil, is a small hotel on the Island of Lamu, in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Kenya. Peponi is still run by the Korschen family, who opened the hotel in 1967 and still retains much of the character and charm that it had then. Small and personal, it is the perfect after a safari or a hide away holiday from modern life.
Apart from offering a haven for relaxing, Lamu is rich with history and culture. You can get to enjoy other activities such as dhow trips in the island, fishing, snorkeling, water sports such as wind surfing, sailing mirror and lasers, wake boards, water skis, kite surfing and so much more.
On the last day, you will be transferred to the airstrip to board your flight to Nairobi where you will be met and transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight home.
